As of 3:30 am not much had changed. Robert was still on the highest ventilator setting, forcing air into his lungs under pressure, and had a heart rate of about 120 beats per minute. They did give him medication to bring it down, and it's now in the 80s. His lungs were looking somewhat better, but we're waiting on the latest chest x-rays. The lungs must start functioning better for surgery and necessary work to proceed, so keep praying!
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
Hebrews 10:23

My husband continues to speak out loud that Robert is strong, Robert is holding on and he is going to be well. God will lay his hands upon Robert and heal him.
ReplyDeleteI will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds, says the Lord (Jeremiah 30:17)
We pray for Robert every day and for his family, doctors and caregivers. May God Bless You All.

Be comforted in the fact that the "hope" (truths, promises) that you are "holding unswaveringly" to for Robert's healing supersede what you are seeing in the natural realm. Heb. 10:23 We continue to pray daily for Robert and each of you. Thank you for the updates. Blessings. Jeanette, for the Blanks
ReplyDeleteRobert is in my constant prayers and also his surrounding family is too. Please know that Robert is heavy on our hearts. God will give you the strength and peace to get through this and ALL things are possible through Christ Jesus and there is definitely more than 2 or 3 gathering in His name for Robert! Keep whispering God's love and your love in his ear!
ReplyDeleteLove and Hugs to all of you. Cousin Lois
